It is impossible to set a specific rate for a session or a group of sessions because so many variables exist ( Rates vary for sessions in your home verses my fitness center affiliation ). My promise to you is that I WILL make your customized program affordable. There are several  options that will make your costs manageable. and the bottom line is even if you can only afford a couple of sessions I guarantee your complete satisfaction or I will refund your entire costs, and I might throw in a foot massage!! Several ways to control costs would be to sign up with a partner, join a group session, come to my home gym or ?? I am looking for an opportunity to meet you where you are. Let's Roll......
